My employment with J & D Ultracare has encompassed the last 14 years.  My experiences have not always been happy ones but I have profited from my failures as well as my successes.  The people in the agency are great!  The agency provides a high level of care to all clients.  Professionalism is the word I that best describes our agency.  The agency has grown and relocated in the last 14 years.  Although the agency is bigger, it is also better.  We are better than the other agencies because we work harder.  Our specialization in pediatrics is unique.  The geriatric field is much larger but the demand for help with children and their families is very great.  We provide services that are very valuable and hard to come by.  I recommend new nurses to try our brand of caring to grow in their careers.
